- Keep the jar in a place with a temperature of between 21 to 24 degrees.
- Check the airlock every day and when bubbles stop appearing, add Campden tablets, replace the airlock and store again until the wine is clear.
- When the wine is clear, transfer it into bottles using the plastic funnel and pipe. Leave the sediment behind in the demijohn.
- If needed you can pass the wine through a filter to enhance transparency.
- Add the corks and wine labels to the bottles.
